Our Founding Team
Kiran Mulchandani - CEO
Kiran is a junior attending BASIS Phoenix High School in Phoenix, Arizona. As Chief Executive Offer, Kiran executes key company descisions, and plans important SparkFund community events, along with actively promoting fundraising opportunities towards our goal.
Kai Pehkonen - CFO
Kai is a junior, also attending BASIS Phoenix High School in Phoenix, Arizona. As Chief Financial Officer, Kai tracks fundraising goals and analyzes multiple channels of fundraiser to streamline results. He also works directly with other non-profits to accommodate our grant program, ensuring every dollar is spent in accordance with our goal.

Aadi Mishra
Chief Strategic Officer (CSO)
As CSO, Aadi guides the nonprofit’s long-term direction by identifying mission-aligned opportunities, challenges, and partnerships. He actively works on seeing into the future of our cause, not just focusing on current tasks. Aadi often works with Kai to plan and execute fundraising strategies, as well as with Ben to plan outreach goals, consistently placing an emphasis on long-term intentions.
Ben Grabel
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
As CMO, Ben leads the nonprofit’s outreach, which is the basis of what SparkFund targets - finding, contacting, and supporting initiatives that can and want to make an impact. Ben also manages our social media pages, while constantly updating and posting any new successes, application openings, and other opportunities.
